We’re Looking for the Live Event Stars of Tomorrow

The Parnelli Board of Advisors has added an award this year: Parnelli NextGen. We are looking for the younger generation who are making their mark in the live entertainment industry today – those who are leaving their footprint wherever they work on these new world tours, televised events, and festivals. “Productions are getting larger with engineering marvels becoming almost routine for all of these genres of our business,” says Parnelli Executive Producer Terry Lowe. “The business is changing, and we want to honor those up-and-comers who are changing it.”

We are looking for that young, remarkable person behind the audio desk or the monitor engineer who deals with the in-ears at your show. Maybe you know a young video director who’s slaying it, or a lighting designer whose talent demands recognition. We also want to know about younger scenic designers who are coming up with looks that are imaginative and inspired. Finally, we also want to pay homage to the production, stage, and road managers out there.

For a nominee to be considered for the 19^th Annual Parnelli Awards held on January 17^th, 2020, these forms must be submitted by December 1, 2019.
